I was renting a room off of the renters who were renting from a company with the landlord called mole. The people I was renting a room off of were worse than the film the Goonies from the 1980s. There was cat droppings all over the place and they were destroying the property. They had one of the relatives moved in and he stole many things from me. They were renting to multiple people and I could not even use the washroom! I had to record conversations because they were threatening violence against me. The original landlord was not much help at all in fact he took the side of the renters he was leasing to. The neighbors were terrified of these people as one of the relatives was living in the garage which was against bylaws.

This rental was a deeply troubling experience from start to finish. The property was infested with cockroaches — later explained by neighbors as a former grow operation — with persistent mold and mildew throughout. Despite repeated requests, basic maintenance was neglected: garbage areas were unmanaged, the shed had no lock, and mail was never properly sorted between units. The landlord illegally collected an excessive deposit, provided insufficient notice before entering the unit, and removed personal property from the apartment without permission. Pesticide treatments were handled so poorly that medical attention was required. Landlord stole items out of my apartment even after claiming it was not my property, then why was something left in the apartment and I was not notified to hand it over to landlord politely? He stole it instead after illegally entering my apartment. Communication was consistently hostile, with false accusations made against me regarding garbage, stolen mail, and pest introduction — none of which were substantiated. Promises made during the leasing process by the realtor were misrepresented entirely. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to thoroughly document everything before signing anything.

Extremely bad area/neighborhood with neglected people, rampant crimes, thefts. The landlord wasn't that communicative and was eager to raise rent unrealistically each year. The property parking was extremely terrible as well, very tight and no room. Rampant thefts occured while the landlord claims he "had nothing on video" many times even though he maintains a video camera on all points of property. I would NOT go back! | Quartier extrêmement mal famé, avec des habitants délaissés, une criminalité galopante et des vols fréquents. Le propriétaire était peu communicatif et cherchait à augmenter le loyer de façon abusive chaque année. Le parking était catastrophique, exigu et sans place. Malgré la présence de caméras de surveillance partout sur la propriété, le propriétaire prétendait à plusieurs reprises n'avoir « rien enregistré ». Je n'y retournerai pour rien au monde !

The house is a shared apartment and usually it is quite asides from the occasional vehicular noise on the main road in front of the apartment. the electricity has minor issues but overall it is not a bad place. there's no heating available and the freezer space for 5 tenants is really limited.

As of when I lived here, the apartment was okay, safe parking and the maintenance team always show up on time. The only caveat is that the elevator stopped working 1week before I moved out and it was not repaired, making my move out to be extremely stressful.

This property is an excellent choice, especially for those who value convenience, with ample parking and an efficient, hassle-free laundry system. The spacious parking makes it easy for guests to come and go, while the well-maintained and user-friendly laundry facilities allow you to take care of your clothes quickly and easily, sometimes even in under an hour. The combination of these practical amenities, along with the overall positive reviews regarding cleanliness and service, makes for a very comfortable and stress-free stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment — the insulation is terrible, causing my utility bills to spike in both summer and winter. Last winter, a pipe froze, and it took maintenance two full days to respond. The property management is slow, and they don’t seem to care about tenant comfort. The building looks fine on the outside, but it’s poorly maintained behind the walls. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

This apartment seemed fine at first, but living here has been awful — the neighbor blasts music late into the night, there’s mold spreading in the bathroom, and roaches keep showing up no matter how much I clean. Maintenance barely responds, and management acts like these issues don’t exist. I wouldn’t recommend anyone live here until serious repairs and pest control are done.

Honestly, this apartment looked promising at first glance, but it hasn’t met expectations. The Wi-Fi barely works, even after several complaints. Noise from nearby traffic and neighbors makes it hard to rest, and while the rent is low, it doesn’t make up for the discomfort. Maintenance does respond, but solutions often feel temporary. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

I must say it’s one of the best properties around — the price is very reasonable, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, making it great value for money. The environment can get a bit noisy at times, but it’s generally lively and safe. My only real downside is the poor internet connectivity, which can be frustrating if you work remotely. Overall, it’s an excellent place to live and I’d still highly recommend it for its quality and affordability.
